Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at heesse.fashion@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Cost

You are responsible for postage costs of returned items. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for refund. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. If return items are lost during its shipment back to us, we cannot issue a refund. Please also provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.

Damages and issues 

We offer a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.

We offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived are partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Used and damaged items due to wear and tear are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable - there are no exceptions to this.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refund on sale items, gift cards or using a promotion code.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges are one time only.

*If an exchange is accepted, please note that a postage and handling fee of $5 per item will be charged to cover the postage and administrative aspects of the return. (If applicable)

Order Not Received

We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

a. Tracking Information Alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons listed as below:

a) Incorrect/insufficient Address.

b) No Such Number.

c) Recipient unknown.

d) Refused.

e) Do not pick up in time.

f) No safe delivery location.

g) Uncleared customs.

h) Others.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order has already been dispatched, we strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this.

Heesse reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, Heesse will have the right to make the final decision with no exceptions.
