Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During this time we will inspect your order and provide a quality check before it's shipped out. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders are shipped from United States, Australia, Shanghai, or Singapore depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Standard Shipping 3-7 business days, unfortunately some items will occasionally be delay due to increasing demand and COVID-19 related closures and depending on the complexity of custom clearance between countries due to COVID 19.
Express Shipping 2-5 business days (Note: May take up to 30 days due to COVID 19) - $50.95
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Heesse Fashion ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Heesse Fashion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Heesse Fashion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
NOTE: Please be aware that order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our team as soon as possible.
