Thank you for visiting and shopping at Heesse. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic/International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-6 business days before shipment is dispatched (Not including delivery times). During this time we will inspect your order and provide a quality check before it's shipped out. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders are shipped from United States, Australia, Shanghai, or Singapore depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Shipping rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method Estimated delivery time 

Standard Shipping 3-14 business days, unfortunately some items will occasionally be delay due to increasing demand and COVID-19 related closures and depending on the complexity of custom clearance between countries due to COVID 19

Express Shipping 2-10 business days (Note: May take up to 30 days due to COVID 19) -  $50.95 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our couriers may experience delays in shipping and updating of information due to the restriction of shipping lines. Please be assured that we will monitor all orders until it reaches you smoothly. We thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Heesse ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Heesse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Heesse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
